Executive Chef Dan Landsberg
Dragonfly’s Executive Chef, Dan Landsberg, brings exquisite catering menus to ZaZa events. He has a long track record in Dallas, most recently as chef-partner at Tillman's Roadhouse, and is passionate about creating beautiful, flavorful dishes. Chef Landsberg is a graduate of the renowned California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has served at events such as the San Francisco Food and Wine Festival, Dining Out in Dallas, Cotes du Coeur, Gourmet Sensation in Cincinnati and Taste of the Nation.
