Pet Friendly Policy
- Hotel ZaZa is a pet-friendly facility, welcoming both canine and feline family members.
- Guests must present a credit card if a pet will accompanying them.
- Guests will be required to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. This fee is required to deep clean the room ensuring the removal of pet hair from the room as future guests may have severe allergies.
- Pets such as dogs are authorized, however, extreme or wild animals are not authorized, i.e., snakes, pit bulls, etc.
- Medium to large size dogs (retrievers, German Sheppards, etc.) will be accepted provided no damage is done to hotel property. Extremely large dogs such as Mastiffs, Great Danes, and St. Bernards are discouraged.
- In the event a dog begins to bark or otherwise is the cause of guest complaints, then the guest will be asked to remove the dog.
- Staff will not enter the guest room while a pet is loose in the room. The pet must be placed in a carrier or on a leash.
- The guest will be given a special "Pet Sign" to hang on the outside of their door to advise hotel staff that a pet is in the room.
- The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet and lost revenue from the guest room if unable to rent. View our pet policy contract.
