- Q: What are ZaSpa’s Hours of Operation?

- Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for guests?
Guests of ZaSpa must be at least 16 years of age for the use of the locker rooms, fitness facilities and spa treatments. Spa services are available for guests under 16 with parental supervision.
- Q: Is ZaSpa a non-smoking environment?
Yes, to ensure a healthy atmosphere for our guests, our Houston hotel spa is a non-smoking environment.
- Q: Is gratuity included?
For your convenience, an automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all services at ZaSpa Houston. Our spa associates will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation.
- Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Your ZaSpa treatments are scheduled especially for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the service and the 20% service charge. When you schedule your treatments with us, you are agreeing to this policy. All services require a credit card guarantee.
- Q: Oh no! I’m running late for my appointment!?
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment – with full charges applied – as a courtesy to our other guests. Spa Coordinators will do their best to accommodate your full treatment time if at all possible. We ask that you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to fill out paperwork and get spa ready!
