Hotel ZaZa Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking this reservation, I agree to the following conditions:

I am financially responsible for each night confirmed regardless of changes to departure dates once checked in.
I agree to check out and vacate the reserved room(s) by 12 noon in order for the hotel to accommodate anticipated reservations.
The Total Cost of Stay indicates the total cost of this room, plus taxes and fees, prior to any changes, incidentals or additional charges incurred. I accept financial responsibility for all incidental charges to a room registered in my name, including but not limited to minibar, room service, spa, restaurant, and valet.
I agree that guests occupying rooms registered to me are 21 years of age or have a legal guardian present at all times.
Hotel ZaZa is a nonsmoking environment. A $500 fee will be applied after departure for non-compliance.
Hotel ZaZa does not allow any parties in public areas of guest rooms without written permission of hotel management. Additional cleaning and/or damage fees may be applied to any account after departure and inspection of room and property. This fee will be determined by management discretion based on condition of rooms and property.
I acknowledge and accept the risks involved in the usage of any ZaZa fitness facility. I am liable for any cost or expenses arriving from my use of fitness equipment, swimming pool and/or masseuses provided.
I acknowledge that the hotel is not responsible for any damages to and/or theft of possessions including automobiles.
While the hotel is not responsible for any loss, it is advisable that money and valuables be placed in the safety deposit box in your guest room.
Pursuant to section 30.06, penal code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under subchapter h, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun. Pursuant to section 30.07, penal code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under subchapter h, chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.
I have read and acknowledge all disclosures. Any non-compliance with policies above or in detail at www.hotelzaza.com/booking-conditions may result in additional fees or request to leave hotel premises in which case, I am responsible for charges incurred.
